The Fair Way Home

276 Heaton Forest Road Road #1276

Bedrooms: 5 | Baths: 4.5 | Occupancy: 14-16

Fair Way is the perfect mountain home for a multi-family and multi-generational vacation.  This five-bedroom, four and one-half bath home overlooks Tom Fazio’s renovated High Hampton Golf Course, with long-range mountain views of Chimney Top and Rock Mountains.  Renovated in 2018, the home easily sleeps fourteen people, including a bunk room with three pair of bunkbeds, perfect for children and teens, guys on a golf trip, or a girls’ getaway.

The upper, main level offers hard-wood floors, comfortable rugs, and two master bedrooms with king beds, each with their own wall-mounted television, walk-in closet and full-bath.  Also on the main level are a half-bath, butler’s pantry, bar, combined living and dining room, and – for the sports or movie enthusiast – a 70-inch, wall-mounted television, wood-burning fireplace, indoor dining table, and an all-glass wall showing the mountain views.  This professionally decorated, comfortable home features two large decks running across the full rear, mountain-side of the house:  an open-air upper deck that adjoins the two master bedrooms and living room, and a lower, screened porch offering a swinging day bed, and swinging chairs.

The fully-stocked, newly renovated kitchen opens to the living room for easy entertaining, with granite countertops and a granite bar-top, modern wood and iron bar stools, and new stainless steel appliances.  The butler’s pantry has a full-sized washer and dryer.

In a space made for teens and kids, or fun-loving adults, a full basement offers room for a second or third family, with:  mini-kitchen and bar; wood-burning fireplace; wall-mounted television; a stand-up, video arcade console with multiple classic games; checkers table; foosball table; large, comfy sectional sofa; and ping-pong table.  Also downstairs are two full baths, and three bedrooms:  the bunk room, sleeping six, with a walk-in closet; a full-sized, third master bedroom, that opens to the screen porch, with two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet; and a small bedroom with two twin beds.

The upper, covered, open-air porch offers gorgeous views of the mountains, golf course, and stream, and is comfortably equipped with outdoor sofas, chairs and an outdoor dining table, as well as a new Weber gas grill.

The home also boasts an extensive and varied library of several hundred books, and a closet stocked with board games.

The home has Direct-TV, Wifi, and central heat and air-conditioning.
